1. The part concerning the claim for insurance money due to vertebrate disability in the instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The plaintiff's remaining claims.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff entered into the instant insurance contract with the Defendant on November 18, 2010, between November 18, 2010 and the insured and the beneficiary, the Plaintiff’s insurance period from November 18, 2010 to November 18, 2056, and the “integrated insurance contract as one of non-dividend dividends” (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

Article 15(Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) of the Insurance Terms and Conditions (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) shall be paid to the beneficiary when any of the following causes occurs to the insured. 2. If the insured status becomes a disability equivalent to the rate of disability payment as set forth in the Table of Disability Classification (See the attached Table) during the insurance period, the insurance money due to the latter disability shall be paid as follows. (b) If the rate of payment set forth in the table of Disability Classification falls short of 80%: The rate of payment set forth in the table of Disability Classification is less than 80%: The amount calculated by multiplying the amount of payment set forth in the table of Disability Classification by the insurance amount of the insurance amount of the insurance contract shall be paid as ordinary after disability insurance money:

6. Obstruction of spine;

(a) When he/she has left a small length penalty in spine (30 6) 15 when he/she has left parts of obvious weather punishment on spine (e) the classification and payment rate of disability;
