1. The plaintiff's appeal is all dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Conclusion and content 1) The Plaintiff, the Defendants, and the Plaintiff, as the insured and the beneficiary, are each insurance contracts listed in the attached Table of the Insurance Contract with the content that the Plaintiff would receive insurance proceeds (hereinafter “each insurance contract of this case”) in the event that the Plaintiff becomes disabled due to an injury during the insurance period.
(2) With respect to the meaning of “ disability” subject to insurance proceeds, each of the instant insurance contracts provides for disability classification table (hereinafter “instant disability classification table”), and the main contents are as follows.
1. “Disability” means a state of damage to a permanent mental or physical body remaining after recovering an injury or disease: Provided, That symptoms temporarily appearing in the state of a disease or injury, complication, and in the course of receiving treatment therefor are not included in disability; ii) “permanent” means, in principle, a state in which there is no possibility of recovery in the future, and which is medically recognized as a state of mental or physical damage;
3) The term “after healing” means a state in which the effects of treatment of an injury or disease cannot be expected, and the symptoms are fixed. 4) However, with respect to a temporary disability which is not permanently fixed, but is not permanently fixed, if the period is more than five years, 20% of the payment rate of the disability in question shall be determined at the market sea rate.
6. Obstruction of spine;
