1. With respect to an accident described in the attached Table 2, the Plaintiff’s Defendants under an insurance contract indicated in the attached Table 1.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. A. Around March 2012, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with Defendant B, as described in attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. On October 4, 2013, Defendant C, the insured of the instant insurance contract, claimed insurance money payment on the ground that an accident listed in the attached Table 2 (hereinafter “instant accident”) was caused by an unexplosion, and Defendant C, on two occasions on February 11, 2015 and March 30, 2018, the Plaintiff claimed payment of insurance money on the ground that Defendant C’s disability constitutes “when he/she had a clear sentence on the bones,” but the Plaintiff rejected it based on his/her advisory opinion.

C. Of the terms and conditions of the instant insurance contract, the term “everte, etc. disability” and “everte, etc. disability” as indicated in the disability classification table are as follows.
