A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as a member of the D clan, has prepared a false minutes of the general meeting of the clan, and had the defendant registered the change of the representative of the D clan and the change of the name of the clan real estate to dispose of the clan real estate.
