A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the clan C.

Around February 10, 1994, the defendant was founded among C, and D was appointed as a representative on July 29, 2009, and after D died on July 29, 2009, the representative of D kept the official interest of the clan members and the seal of the members of D from the members E of the above D around February 2012, the defendant sold the clan property by making a false document that appointed the defendant as the representative of the clan, even though he did not hold a board of directors or a general meeting, and had the intention to receive the compensation for the clan property.
