A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On July 27, 2012, the Defendant prepared and printed the “name: D: resident registration number E: company name, company name, C: from May 15, 2009 to October 2012, the term of office: from May 15, 2009 to July 2012, the Defendant: (a) prepared and printed the “name” by using a computer at C office located in Gyeonggi-si, Yangyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do; (b) signed and printed the “name” on July 30, 2012; and (c) affixed a seal of H arbitrarily affixed to H’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a certificate, the defendant forged a certificate of employment in the name of C representative director, which is a private document related to a certificate of fact.

B. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place, prepared and printed as “five months for the month: D: the date of May 30, 2012; base pay: 1,800,000; overtime work allowances: 200,000; 2,400,000 for the month: June 30, 2012; 2,40,000 for the month; 2,40,000 for the lawsuit; 2,40,000 for the month; 7 months for the month; 2,40,000 for the month; 2,400,000 for the lawsuit; and 2,400,00 for the month; and affixed the seal of H representative director at his discretion under the above part.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a certificate of fact, the Defendant forged a statement of benefit in the name of C representative director, which is a private document related to the certificate of fact.

C. On October 4, 2012, the Defendant, on the paper of the contract for the lease of a sirenSed in the Gyeonggi-do Yangju-si, entered “E” in the name column of the sirenS, “E” in the name column of the rental user, “Seoul-do Yang-si B” in the column of the location of the installation of sirens contract, and “the receipt of goods” in the column of “D” and signed at will on the side of the name of D.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of lease contract in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations.

The name column of the contractor in the form of the rental contract, which was pre-printed at the place mentioned in the paragraph, shall be in the name column of the contractor in the above manner.
