Punishment of the crime

C: C/D means to obtain money from the victim E, who is a scambling victim E, by deceiving the victim into gambling and distributing the money obtained by deception after gambling; C means inducing the victim into gambling and distributing the money; D means to participate in gambling operation and fraud; F means to participate in gambling; G, H, I, J, K, L, M, Defendant, and name boxes (tentative name N), which was recruited by participating in gambling with the victim, and bring another person to the floor, and then take the scambling practice in order by acquiring a lid card in advance, which again brought about by acquiring the above lid card.
