Punishment of the crime
1. From 20:30 on February 22, 2016 to 23:40, the Defendants conspired to exchange the cards with the victim E, F, L on three occasions in the order of the following: (a) receive four card; (b) conduct the betting; (c) and (d) conduct gambling in which a person with a different pattern or a low number of card, among the last remaining cards, becomes a winner, who would bring money to the winner; and (d) Defendant C reported the pattern of the back of the card sent through the above gambling room, and Defendant C and D, who installed it, notified Defendant C and D of whether the victims had the card, and caused the victims to read the card and gambling, but, as such, the victims and the victims of gambling participate in gambling in gambling in normal terms.
