1. On December 25, 2014, at around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a victim N, who was accommodated in the “M” 801 located in Busan Shipping Daegu L; (b) the victim’s market price on the table, which was located in the table table, was the victim’s smartphone business; (c) the agricultural cooperative physical card; and (d) one resident registration certificate.
