A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) on March 25, 2018, the Defendant discovered scooters owned by the victim E that is parked on the road in front of the “D” located in Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju on March 25, 2018; and (b) used the scoob in the scoobs without the victim to sit in the scoobs; and (c) 1 copy of the scoobs card owned by the victim and 150,000 won at the market price where one head of the vehicle driving license includes one driver’s license.

In other words, they stolen them.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;

A. On March 25, 2018, at G convenience stores operated by the Victim FF in Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju-gu around 22:47 around March 25, 2018, the Defendant was in possession of the victim F, as described in paragraph (1).

E presented E’s physical bank card to H as if it was one’s own card, and it received property equivalent to KRW 3,000 in total from the above H, 1, 1, 1, 1, and 3,000.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim and uses stolen credit cards.

B. On March 26, 2018, the Defendant was in possession of the victim I, as described in paragraph (1), at the G convenience store operated by the victim I located in the J of Gwangju-dong, Gwangju-gu around 00:33, 2018.

E presented the physical card of the National Bank to K of the above convenience store as if it was one of its own cards, and it received one value of tobacco equivalent to the market value of 4,500 won owned by the victim from the above K.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim and uses stolen credit cards.

On March 26, 2018, the Defendant was in possession of the victim N around March 26, 2018 in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Crediting for Victims L, as described in paragraph (1) at the Moel operated by the victim N in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu.
