F The term “J Trade Union” (hereinafter referred to as the “J”) Policy Director of the Gangwon Regional Headquarters, Defendant A is the Director of the Gangwon Regional Headquarters of the J Union, Defendant B is the head of the J Trade Union’s organization division, Defendant B is the head of the J Union’s organization division, Defendant E is the head of the Chungcheongnam-gun Branch of the J Trade Union, Defendant C is the members of the J Trade Union Chuncheon City Branch, and Defendant D is the chairperson of the J Union Incheon Regional Headquarters of the J Trade Union.
1. From the end of June 2012, Defendant F, Defendant A, and Defendant B’s co-principal activities: (a) instructed the Gangwon-do Regional Headquarters of the JJ to hold a meeting to oppose the J Chairperson Lon Disciplinary Committee held by the Gangwon-do Office on July 4, 2012; and (b) as a result, Defendant A and Defendant F urged the Gangwon-do Police Station to hold a meeting at around June 28, 2012, “The Gangwon-do Police Agency shall hold a meeting to withdraw disciplinary action” in front of the Gangwon-do Office in the front of the Gangwon-do Office from July 4, 2012 to around sunset; and (c) prepared five cards and one via the Internet homepage, etc., and urged the members to hold a meeting at around July 130, 2012, including the members of the Jon Park Labor Union.”
However, even if the organizer of an assembly does not clearly deviate from the scope of the purpose, date, time, place, method, etc. of violence, etc. by maintaining the order in the assembly, or by doing so, he/she shall not clearly deviate from the scope of the purpose, time, place, method, etc. of the assembly. However, the Defendants shall, at around 13:40 for the purpose of obstructing the meeting of the Disciplinary Committee on L which is scheduled to proceed in the Gangwon-do Office, have the members attending the assembly who attended the above assembly move out of the above small park, which is the place of assembly originally reported, to the front of the headquarters of Gangwon-
