1. On February 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a C rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.061% without a driver’s license on a section of approximately 800 meters from the road near the upstream of the Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si to the road in front of the same city; (b) on February 25, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol content of the blood without a driver’s license.

The Defendant, who forged a private signature and signed the above investigation on the same day, was requested by E to take a drinking test from a police officer affiliated with the D Line of the Seocheon-si Police Station D, Seocheon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, B around the same day, on the same day.

1.
