The crimes of the 2017 senior 12 cases in the judgment of the defendant are two years of imprisonment, and the crimes of the 2017 senior 26 cases in the judgment of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence for six months of imprisonment for fraud in the early branch of the Chuncheon District Court on December 23, 2015, and is currently under suspended sentence after the judgment became final and conclusive on December 31, 2015.

[Attachment 12] On October 2015, the Defendant: (a) indicated that the above E (C) cadastral boundary line, which is owned by D on the Internet aviation map, was included in pine trees while enging pine trees to take excavation at C C at C at C at a time; (b) requested D to sell pine trees on the ground that D’s son F (the ownership of which is transferred to June 10, 2016) was transferred.

In fact, the above E did not have any standing timber from this point. On March 9, 2015, when the Korea Land Information Corporation conducts the cadastral survey of the C Day, the land boundary line was installed on the boundary of the above E and above G.

As above, the Defendant would like to find the land again because the Internet airline did not have pine trees on the above E ground, and even though he explained that the land is installed with a cadastral horse on the boundary with the state forest where pine trees are located after the completion of the cadastral survey, he would find the land again because the survey is consistent with the Internet airline.

In this regard, a sales contract for approximately 20 pieces of pine trees identified in the Internet airline truth was concluded.

However, even though the Defendant was aware of the fact that there was no pine trees on the land above E in fact through on-site verification and the inquiry of the Korea Land Information Corporation, and that there was a cadastral horse on the boundary with a state forest where pine trees are located, the Defendant was willing to excavate and sell the pine trees in the above G, which is a national forest, (the average number, 25m, 45m high-ranking, 60m high-ranking, average received 60m).
