Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A knew that there are a large number of landscape trees in Cheongdodo D D, and decided to cut it to sell it to Defendant B, and Defendant B promised to purchase and sell vehicles necessary for transporting pine trees when Defendant A steals purchased pine trees on the housing Ma which he constructed.

1. On December 2, 2016, around 05:00, Defendant B provided Defendant A with E Lone Star or a vehicle necessary for transporting pine trees, Defendant A, in the forest owned by the victim F in Cheongdo-gun on the same day, employed two persons, and extracted pine trees worth KRW 2 million at the market price due to ebbbbbban, and moved to Cheongdo-gun-gun G, and transferred them to the residence of Defendant B located in Cheongdo-gun-gun.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to use a vehicle in order to steal and transport stolen pine trees equivalent to KRW 2 million in the forest.

2. Around 05:00 on December 2, 2016, when two to three days have elapsed from the date specified in paragraph (1), Defendant B provided Defendant A with E Lone Star or vehicle necessary for transporting pine trees, Defendant A, in forest land owned by the victim F in Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun on the same day, was employed by two influenites, so that the market price of 2,00,000,000 won was excavated, and transferred to Eone Star or vehicle and moved to the residence of Defendant B.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to use a vehicle in order to steal and transport stolen pine trees equivalent to KRW 2 million in the forest.

3. On December 26, 2016, Defendant B provided Defendant A with E Costa or a vehicle necessary for transporting pine trees on or around 05:30 on December 26, 2016, and Defendant A provided the victim F forest owned by Cheongdo-gun-do-gun on the same day, with two persons employed by Cheongdo-do-gun, with the market price of KRW 2 million on the erobbbbbbb.
