Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. 모욕 피고인은 2013. 10. 31 09:40경 포항시 남구 효자동 산31번지 포스텍 정보통 신연구소 강당 앞에서 위 가항의 사유로 신고를 받고 출동한 포항남부경찰서 D지구대 근무 경사 E이 "술에 취하였으니 그냥 돌아가라"라고 한다는 이유로 예비군 중대장 C, 군인 F 등과 다수의 예비군 훈련 참석자들이 보고 듣는 가운데 피해자 E에게 "어이 돼지 씨발놈 좆나 짜증나네. 당신 자식도 커가지고 이 지랄 할테니깐 두고 보세요. 당신은 진짜 양아치에요. 좆밥 중에 좆밥이네"라고 욕설을 하고, 다시, 피해자인 경위 G에게 "짜발이 좆나 짜증나네" 라고 욕설을 한 후, 피해자 경위 H에게 " 짜발이 씹할 좆 같네, 아 짜증나네, 씨발 짜발이들, 아저씨 양아치에요"라고 욕설을 하여 피해자 E, 피해자 G, 피해자 H을 공연히 모욕하였다.

3. When the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender at a temporary place, such as Paragraph 2, and attempted to guide the Defendant to the police patrol unit, the Defendant assaulted the E slope by sending the clothes to the police patrol unit once.
