1. On January 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) from the stairs of access to the rooftop rest room of the D Hospital located in Busan City, Sho-gu, Busan.

1. Basic facts

A. The pertinent Plaintiff of the parties is a medical corporation that operates a hospital located in Busan-gu D (hereinafter “Plaintiff Hospital”).

The Defendant (E) is a patient hospitalized in the mental health department of the Plaintiff hospital due to the dependent symptoms on alcohol use from August 2013 to February 2017, 2017, alcohol dementia, high blood pressure, etc.

B. At around 15:00 on January 24, 2017, the Defendant was going back from the stairs to enter the rooftop room of the Plaintiff hospital. Ultimately, on February 8, 2017, the Plaintiff hospital transferred the instant accident to the G care hospital.

In the relevant case (this Court 2017Gahap102063) the result of the physical examination of the defendant with respect to the defendant 1) The defendant is currently suffering from symptoms, such as alcohol-based symptoms, alcohol-related symptoms, high blood pressure, and cerebral celebism, etc., and the intellectual ability is considerably low, and it is difficult to independently perform daily life due to physical examination as a result of the above physical examination.2) According to the above physical examination results, the defendant's health condition is currently the accident of this case.
