Basic Facts
The relevant Defendant medical corporation incorporated by the parties (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Foundation”) entered into the entrusted operation agreement with the Defendant Gyeonggi-do on the Gyeonggi-do Specialized Elderly Hospital for the Aged (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Hospital”) located in 536 Sincheon-ro, Do (hereinafter referred to as the “instant entrusted operation agreement”) in accordance with the Gyeonggi-do Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of Specialized Elderly Hospital for the Aged (hereinafter referred to as the “instant Ordinance”), and operates the Defendant Hospital. The Plaintiff A is a medical corporation operating the Defendant Hospital, and the Plaintiff A was injured due to a fall accident while hospitalized at the Defendant Hospital as follows, and the rest of the Plaintiffs are the Plaintiff A’s children.
Plaintiff
