The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is that the Defendant insultd the victim D openly from the CPC located in the Gu and America on June 6, 2015 at CPC around 19:00, and this is a crime falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act and subject to prosecution pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. Since the victim’s complaint was revoked on July 7, 2015, the prosecution of the instant case was dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
