A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2019 Highest 27] On October 15, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Changwon District Court on November 2, 2009. On November 2, 2009, a summary order of KRW 3.5 million was issued by the Changwon District Court on November 2, 2009, by a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

[2019 order36] Around 10:10 on February 21, 2019, the Defendant driven an Eunst truck without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 25 km section from the dwelling of the Defendant in the Gyeongjin-gun D to the front road in the same military near the same military.
