The Small and Medium Business Corporation’s loan obligation under a loan agreement on December 22, 2008 (Defendant B and C guaranteed the Defendant Company’s loan obligation within the limit of KRW 300,000,000) on May 25, 2012, totaling KRW 384,598,641 (= Principal amount of KRW 250,000,000) and interest or delay damages up to September 28, 2014 (total interest or delay damages up to KRW 134,598,641) of the Civil Procedure Act applicable to the provisions of Article 208(3)3 and 194 (Decision by Service by Public Notice) of the Civil Procedure Act applicable to the Plaintiff’s loan obligation against the Defendants who acquired on May 25, 2012
