A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The request of the applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, while working for E at the headquarters from August 2003 to November 201, 2016, attempted to forge the application for entry of mobile phones using a copy of identification card submitted by the mobile phone subscribers and the fact that he/she knows the mobile phone charges settlement account, and to submit it to the telecommunications company and to acquire the mobile phone by fraud.

On May 23, 2014, the Defendant, at H, operated by the Victim G in Seoul, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, signed the application form for mobile phone entrance by means of a pen, stating “I”, “J” in the Account Number column, “J”, and “J” in the Account Number column. On the same day, the Defendant, as seen above, issued the application form under the name of J, as if the victim was a document duly formed, issued the application form for mobile phone entry to the victim, and received a delivery from the victim of the same amounting to 954,80 won at the market price.

In addition, from that time until April 24, 2017, the Defendant forged an application for entry by 55 mobile phones, such as J, etc., without authority, for the purpose of exercising 143 times in total as shown in the attached Table 1 copy of the crime committed by the Defendant, from that time, and obtained a mobile phone delivery of the amount of KRW 43,385,000 at the market price from the owners of the chain stores, including the victim G, by using a forged mobile phone application, etc.

2. On May 15, 2017, the electronic records file file, the electronic records file, and the fraud Defendant called “N” to the purport that “in contact with the victim’s name in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan City L, it is necessary to terminate the mobile phone number,” and then enter “N” into the mobile phone entry column, and account number.
