Punishment of the crime

1. No person who intends to receive or promise to receive money, valuables or other benefits from an unspecified person shall engage in similar sexual intercourse using a part of the body, such as the sexual intercourse or the mouth and anus, or mediate to engage in sexual intercourse, such as becoming the other party thereof;

Nevertheless, from January 22, 2019 to February 7, 2019, the Defendant operated a rest room business with the trade name of building C in Daegu-gu and from March 3, 2019, employed female employees and received KRW 120,000 from unspecified male descendants who found in that place, as the price for sexual traffic, and assisted female employees to have sexual intercourse with the above male descendants.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.

2. No one shall allow an unspecified person to engage in sexual intercourse or similar sexual intercourse using part of the body, such as the mouth or anus, or implements, or to engage in sexual intercourse, such as becoming the other party thereto, in return for receiving or promising to receive money, valuables or other benefits from such unspecified person, or provide a place for sexual intercourse;
