A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 23:10 on September 26, 2019, the Defendant, without placing an order at a restaurant run by the victim C (35 years of age) located in Busan Jung-gu; (b) took a bit of tobacco in such a place, and (c) took a bit of tobacco, and obstructed the Defendant’s restaurant business by force by avoiding disturbance for about 30 minutes to the victim C (35 years of age) who restrains himself/herself.
2. On September 26, 2019, at around 23:45, the Defendant: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender under suspicion of intimidation and obstruction of business from the horse F (32 years of age) who is the victim of the Busan Central Police Station Ecom Station affiliated with the Busan Central Police Station, and was dispatched to the patrol lane on the front side of the Busan Central Police Station on the said grounds; and (b) the Defendant expressed the victim’s face at the time of drinking, “I am to see, I am to see, I am to am dead, I am to am dead, I am to am dead; (c) I am the victim’s arms to restrain it; and (d) I am the victim’s arms to go beyond the floor, thereby causing injury to the victim, such as impairment of the list of the detailed unknown parts in need of treatment for about two weeks.
As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers such as 112 report processing and arrest of flagrant offenders, and at the same time injured the victim.
3. On September 26, 2019, at around 23:55, the Defendant: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender for the foregoing reason at the Busan mid-gu Busan mid-gu Police Station, the Busan mid-gu Police Station; and (b) was arrested as a flagrant offender for the foregoing reason; and (c) was removed from the above police box, then the Defendant damaged the utility of goods used by public offices by harming 450,000 won of repair cost.
4. The Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties on behalf of himself, at the same time and at the same place as Paragraph 3, 1 of this Article, buckbucks, which were scambucked by the police box belonging to the Busan Central Police Station Habbbs.
