1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to KRW 120,458,468 and KRW 60,00,00 among the Korea Highway Corporation, Defendant Korea Highway Corporation shall do so.
Reasons
1. The facts below the underlying facts may be acknowledged either in dispute between the parties or in combination with the statements and images of Gap evidence 1 to 15 (including each number; hereinafter the same shall apply), and Eul evidence 1 to 17, either in the whole purport of the pleadings.
The Plaintiff and the Defendants were established in accordance with the Trucking Transport Business Act and engaged in the mutual aid business, and entered into a truck mutual aid agreement with the Multiconet Co., Ltd. with respect to A truck.
The Defendant Korea Highway Corporation is the manager of the expressway in which the instant accident occurred (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Road Construction”), the Defendant Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. is the automobile insurance company (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Hyundai Sea”); and the Defendant Samsung Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. is the automobile insurance company on the vehicles (Ma1) and D (Ma8).
