Criminal facts

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

1. On August 5, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving the 1905 Pream Care Hospital in front of the 1905 Preferred to as the center of the Busan Fung-gu, the Defendant driven the Bone Star Cornex without a driver’s license in the section of about 3 km from the front of the 2025 new South South South South Korean Hospital, as the center of the Fung-gu, Busan.

2. On August 5, 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act even though he was aware that the said B Cost Sheet vehicle equipped with 8 and red luminous light, green light, etc. had been installed without obtaining the approval of the competent authority, the Defendant operated the said vehicle from the front side of the said Sheet convalescent hospital to the front side of the said new Korean mountain hospital.
