Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 3, 2016, the Defendant started from the Yeongdong-gu, Daegu Geumdong-gu, 07:13, the direction of approximately 5 kilometers up to the front route of the hospital in Dong-gu, the same city where the control point is located, with the alcohol concentration of about 0.125% during blood and driven Bone Star Sheet without the driver’s license.
