Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an unqualified person.

A victim C has lent KRW 160,000,000 to be a funeral in the water-related leisure boat that D owned by the defendant, and D attempted to carry out a funeral, but the defendant was unable to carry out a funeral by using bonds to E and became aware of the defendant.

However, on November 11, 2012, the defendant discovered a letter of agreement prepared by the victim D, bond E, and F in the course of arranging documents at his/her domicile, and thought that the victim acquired the water-related leisure boat in Chuncheon City G, which is owned by the victim together with D.

1. On November 12, 2012, at around 20:24, the Defendant: (a) contacted the victim’s J using I used in Chuncheon City H; (b) but automatically strawing out of a voice camera without telephone; (c) thereby, the Defendant’s contact with the victim, “this spophh hackh hackh hackh hackh hackh hackh; (d) the Defendant’s contact with the victim; (c) the Defendant’s hackh hackh hackh hackh hackh; (d) the Defendant’s contact with the victim; (d) the Defendant’s contact with the victim; (e) the Defendant’s contact

2. On November 12, 2012, at around 20:34, the Defendant, using I, by the foregoing method, threatened the Defendant with her bath, and threatened the Defendant with her voice, as if he/she interfered with the said victim’s funeral.

3. On November 12, 2012, around 20:42, the Defendant: (a) made use of the above I to mix a large number of bathings by the said method; and (b) threatened the Defendant with a voice door, such as “Bara,” thereby threatening the Defendant to leave the voice door.

4. 피고인은 2012. 11. 12. 21:05경 I를 이용하여 위와 같은 방법으로 피해자가 모텔에 간 사실도 없음에도 “너 저 모텔에 간 거 내가 사진 찍어놨어. 넌 이제 끝이야. 공개적으로 내 인생을 걸고 너를 조져버릴거야”라고 하는 등 많은 욕설과 함께 음성메세지를 남겨 협박하였다...
