Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of two million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

The victim C and the victim D are married, and the defendant B is the victim's fifth degree, and the defendant A is the mother of the above B.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On January 7, 2018, the Defendants conspired with the victim to take advantage of the F Convenience points in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seoul, and even before the Franchisium, the fact was prepared by the victim’s false statement of the following facts: (a) although the victims did not have taken the Defendants’ housing, aggravated the leakage or illness of Defendant B, or the family members, the victim did not have any inter-facedness, the victim’s family members, the victim’s “a person who returned to the money, D, and C” did not have any property percentage, and (b) the victim’s reputation was created by openly pointing out the following facts: (a) the victim’s demonstration with several persons driving on the road and 1) the victim’s reputation was damaged at the scene; and (b) the victim’s reputation was openly pointing out.

B. On January 21, 2018, the Defendants conspired and deleted only the names “G” from the above diskettes with the knowledge that the victims would attend the above church, and Defendant B conducted one person demonstration on the street with several people and damaged the honor of the victims by openly pointing out false facts in the vicinity of the demonstration.

2. Defendant B’s sole criminal defendant around January 17, 2018, with the knowledge that the victims were residing in J apartment in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and that the victims were living in the above apartment.
