A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 21:55 on July 27, 2020, the Defendant driven a D low-speed motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of about 6km from the front of the Geumcheon-si Office in Geumcheon-si, Geumcheon-si, to the front of the Kucheon-si Office in Geumcheon-si, Geumcheon-si, to the front of the Cridge in Yongcheon-si, the Defendant driven a D low-speed motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of about 0.229% under the influence of alcohol.

2. Obstruction of Performance of Official Duties - The Defendant: (a) discovered at the date, time, and place specified in paragraph (1) at the victim E; (b) “A vehicle that has a motor vehicle for drinking” was sent to the scene after being reported to the victim E (math, 54 years old); and (c) voluntarily carried out to the F police box located in Yongcheon-si G; (d) on July 27, 2020, at around 22:01, the Defendant was asked to ask the victim to present his identification card within the said F police box; and (e) the victim expressed the victim’s desire to “this f police box ................, the victim sent the victim’s left shoulder by drinking.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the handling of reports and drinking control.

3. Injury and obstruction of performance of official duties;

A. At around 00:10 on July 28, 2020, the Defendant: (a) was arrested in the act of committing the crime as set forth in paragraph (2) and the Defendant was arrested in the act of committing the crime as set forth in paragraph (2); (b) the victim guard H, who is a police officer assigned to the above police box, presented a report on the circumstances of a drinking driver, and attempted to obtain a signature and seal from the Defendant; (c) the victim’s h, who is a police officer assigned to the above police box, proposed a report on the circumstances of a drinking driver; and (d) the victim’s h, upon the occurrence of the above scam from the above scam, threatened the victim with his left hand by walking the clothes of the victim; and (e) threatened the victim with walking the back of the victim

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the left-hand side that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and at the same time interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the handling of reports and drinking control.

B. On July 27, 2020, the Defendant: (a) on July 27, 2020, was assigned to the said police box before the said police box.
