1. The defendant shall pay 48,500,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from January 8, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the defendant, around February 9, 2015, ordered the plaintiff to pay KRW 18,00,000 to the plaintiff by March 13, 2015, if the defendant did not pay KRW 18,00,000 to the plaintiff by March 13, 2015, the Gwangju District Court 201Da1479 against the defendant's wife to pay KRW 48,50,00 to the plaintiff.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 48,500,000 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from January 8, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the day when the plaintiff demanded the performance by serving a copy of the complaint of this case.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
