1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 91,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from August 15, 2013 to the day of complete payment.

1. The following facts can be acknowledged as either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 6.

On September 12, 2008, the Plaintiff lent KRW 22,000,00 to the Defendant.

B. On October 2, 2008, the Plaintiff lent KRW 26,000,00 to the Defendant.

C. On October 24, 2008, the Plaintiff lent KRW 18,000,00 to the Defendant.

On March 17, 2009, the Plaintiff lent KRW 10,000 to the Defendant.

E. On June 30, 2009, the Plaintiff lent KRW 15,000,00 to the Defendant.

In conclusion, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff a total amount of KRW 91,00,000 and damages for delay at the rate of KRW 20% per annum from August 15, 2013 to the date of complete payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case for which the Plaintiff requested the performance. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim of this case is justified and thus, it is so decided as per Disposition.
