1. The defendant shall pay 83,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from April 26, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

According to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7, it is recognized that the plaintiff lent KRW 100 million to the defendant on January 18, 2019 by setting the due date for repayment until February 1, 2019, and that the defendant paid KRW 17 million up to now.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from April 26, 2019 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the day when the plaintiff claims performance through the service of the original copy of the instant payment order, as requested by the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
