1. The Defendant’s KRW 201,084,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from September 1, 2014 to January 14, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company that operates medical device import business and wholesale and retail business, and the Defendant established for the purpose of improving the health and welfare of its members, who are patients with kidne diseases, and established and operated a “B”, which is a medical institution specializing in blood speculation.

B. On March 1, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a contract for the purchase of artificial extension and expendable goods (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the following content.

The prices of machinery-related expendable goods shall be as follows:

Article 4 (Payment of Price)

가. 피고는 원고에게 장비 대금을 설치 후 ＿% 지급하고 나머지 대금은 60일 이내에 현금 결재하여야 한다.

B. The Defendant shall approve the Plaintiff in cash within 60 days from the date of issuance of the tax invoice for the consumed items related to machinery.

Article 5 (Installation of Machinery) The plaintiff shall install the machinery at the place provided by the defendant and hand over it to the defendant after carrying out the test.

Upon consultation from the plaintiff, the defendant shall secure and provide a sufficient wide area of equipment necessary for the installation and processing of machinery, such as electricity, wires, pipes, etc.

Article 6 (Maintenance and Repair)

A. Where the Defendant uses consumed goods pursuant to Article 3 from the Plaintiff during the contract period, the machinery shall be repaired free of charge.

B. In the event of a breach of contract in the purchase of raw materials and expendable goods, the Plaintiff.
