Facts of recognition

On December 208, the Plaintiff, a company, the purpose of which is to import and sell medical appliances under the instant supply contract for artificial extension and consumption, entered into a contract with the Do Government Branch (the representative H; hereinafter referred to as the “Do Government Branch”) under which the Do Government Branch will be supplied with artificial extension and consumption goods from the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as the “E”) located in the Gu Council building D (hereinafter referred to as the “E”), and the Defendant agreed to pay jointly and severally liable for all obligations owed by the Do Branch to the Plaintiff under the said contract. The main contents of the said contract are as follows.

Article 2 (Contract Lease Equipment): Article 3 (Establishment of Equipment) of the 29th (20 million Won/T), the Plaintiff shall install the 29th (20 million Won/Ba), with the cooperation of the Council's branch at the place required by the Council's branch.
