1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 490,917,50, and KRW 30,830,70 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 7,00 from January 1, 2011, and KRW 7,048,80.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The status of the party is a company aimed at importing and selling medical devices, and the incorporated association C (hereinafter “C”) is an operator of the E Council member located on the second floor of the D Building in the Gu Government-si, and the defendant is a person who actually operates the above E Council member.
B. On December 208, the Plaintiff and C entered into a contract under which the Plaintiff will be supplied with artificial extension devices and expendable goods in Ewon (hereinafter “instant supply contract”). Under the above contract, the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed all obligations owed by the said Association to the Defendant. The main contents of the above contract are as follows.
Article 2 (Lease Equipment): Article 3 (Installation of Equipment) of the 29th (20 million Won/Ba), the Plaintiff shall install the equipment referred to in Article 2 to C with the cooperation of C at the place requested by C, and the number of installed facilities shall be ten at the early 10, and shall be installed after consultation between C and the Plaintiff in consideration of the patient's increase and decrease.
Article 4 (Contents of Consumable Articles) (1)(1): DI.V.F. Needle -2 pcs/ or sets Article 5 (Supply of Consumable Articles and Contract Quantities) are supplied from the Plaintiff and purchases 2,500 sets per each artificial extension of Article 2.

Article 7 (Payment for Price) C shall pay the settlement for the expendable goods purchased from the plaintiff to the plaintiff in cash within 120 days from the date of receipt by the plaintiff, and shall exceed 120 days.
