A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 1, 2015, Defendant 2016, Defendant 768, leased No. 1113 of the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C, recruited women who will sell sex, and published commercial sex advertisements on the Internet website, with intent to arrange commercial sex acts by receiving commercial sex acts proceeds from commercial sex acts and dividing the said commercial sex acts with women.

On February 18, 2016, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts, such as providing E with a place for doing commercial sex acts to which the Defendant reported and contacted the advertisement at the above location at around 20:00.

2. On December 1, 2015, Defendant 2016, Defendant 1696 leased C building 502 and 602 of Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, recruited women who will engage in selling sex, and, by posting the said advertisements on the Internet website, intended to arrange the commercial sex acts by receiving the price for commercial sex acts from the persons who reported commercial sex acts and have divided the said commercial sex acts into the female.

Accordingly, on December 15, 2016, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic by providing the G and H with a place for I, J and sexual traffic, which reported the advertisement at the above location around 22:00.
