A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From June 2, 2015 to June 4, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, Including brokerage fees for 40,000 won for Htel 1215 in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and had a woman employed by sexual traffic to have sexual intercourse with male customers, thereby engaging in sexual intercourse.
