Punishment of the crime

The Defendant rented 301 in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Btel, employed female employees of C, etc., and posted advertisements to "D," etc., which is an Internet site of a commercial sex business establishment, in order to arrange commercial sex acts by allowing sexual buyers who found the advertisement to receive commercial sex acts from sexual buyers, and sexual intercourse with female employees of commercial sex acts.
