A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months for the crimes of No. 3 as stated in the judgment of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On September 7, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Busan District Court on September 7, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 29, 2012, and on January 24, 2013, the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 1, 2013, by having been sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the same court.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On January 22, 2013, around 04:33, the Defendant ordered the Victim F, operated by the Victim F, located in Busan Seo-gu, to provide the Victim C with one SK Card (the card number: H) which was stolen as stated in paragraph (1) as one of its credit cards, and presented it to the Victim as if it were his/her credit card.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, had the victim settle the payment by the credit card, was provided with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to the market price of 180,000 won at the seat, and used stolen credit cards.

B. On January 22, 2013, the Defendant issued an order of alcohol, alcohol, etc. at the Kju shop operated by the injured party J in Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and presented one (credit card number : L) and one (credit card number : card number : H) to the victim as if he were his credit card.
