1. On September 16, 2015, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) ordered a victim’s name in Ansan-si I at the “J” point operated by the victim’s name in Ansan-si; (b) as stated in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant presented stolen or stolen credit cards as if the Defendant was the credit card holder; (c) had the victim settle KRW 250,000 from the victim; and (d) received alcohol and alcohol, etc. from September 22:2, 24, 2015 to September 16, 2015; and (d) received property or pecuniary benefits in total of KRW 800,260 from September 24, 2015 to September 16, 2015.
