Each of the instant public prosecutions is dismissed.

1. The Defendant is guilty of facts charged with the victim B (Nam, 25 years of age), the victim C (Nam, 25 years of age).

On March 1, 2020, around 01:15, the Defendant assaulted the victim B, who was waiting for a signal at the front of the E High School D, in Jeju, without any reason, at the front of the E High School, on one occasion, to cut off the bridge part of the victim B and pushed off the victim C.

2. Determination of applicable provisions of law: Judgment dismissing the prosecution by the victims on April 14, 2020 after the prosecution of this case under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act; Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
