The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On December 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 14:30 on December 25, 2019, at the main point of the C located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, that the victim D (the victim D (the victim of 22 years of age) walked with vision expenses; (b) sought to go beyond the victim D's bridge; and (c) assaulted the victim D by walking the body part of the victim D on one occasion.

2. Determination of applicable provisions of law: Judgment dismissing public prosecution by the defendant on March 3, 2020 after the prosecution of this case under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act, which indicated the victim's intention not to punish the defendant, because the defendant reached an agreement with the victim: Subparagraph 6 of Article 327 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
