1. Defendant A’s violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) committed an act of arranging sexual traffic with the trade name “H” in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, in collusion with the trade partner B, who is the head of the business office, installed 12 rooms on the 5th and 6th floor of the said G building from August 2008 to October 2012 (the floor area of 500 square meters) and made the business registration on the ground of the mix D’s title, and made the Defendant’s son take charge of the management of sales, K, L, and M, etc., while employing an employee in charge of customer guidance and management of the place of business, and made the employees, such as N,O, P, Q, R, T, and U, to have sexual intercourse with the male customer, and made them enter 300,000 to 10,000 won and 10500 won per customer.

2. Defendant B’s violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) serves as the head of a business office with a 10% share of H in the trade name “H” located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and operated the business jointly with A who is the owner of the business office. From December 5, 2008 to September 2012, the Defendant installed 12 rooms on the 5th and 6th floor of the said G building (a total floor area of 500 square meters) of the said G building and registered the business as the head of the title office, and employed the employees in charge of the management of customer guidance and the management of the place of business, such as J, K, L, M, etc.
