Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) around March 25, 2014, the Victim D attempted to sell a passenger car with the highest bid in 2010 at regular Eup-Eup-Myeon cafeteria B.

Accordingly, for the purpose of the event, the Defendant forged a copy of the car transfer certificate, which is a private document on E’s rights and duties.

3. The Defendant: (a) taken the Defendant’s certificate of transfer of a forged E motor vehicle in his/her mobile phone camera as set forth in paragraph (2); and (b) transmitted the certificate to D’s mobile phone and exercised it.
