A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a driver of a vehicle with C investment vehicle in violation of the Road Traffic Act.
On July 31, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a section of about 10km in front of the Tambling in the same city from the business name of Jung-Eup-dong to the front of the same city, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.123% among the blood transfusion around 16:53.

2. On July 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) had been driving a motor vehicle with a low alcohol level of 0.123% under the influence of alcohol on the front side of the T-U.S. T-U. T-U. M. on the roads of B-U. S. P. C-U. on July 31, 2016; and (b) had been under the influence of driving a motor vehicle with a low alcohol level of 0.123% in blood while driving the motor vehicle, the Defendant was willing to use the Defendant’s convict for the personal information of F, who had been punished for the same offense prior to the enforcement of the law, by threatening that the Defendant would have been punished for the same offense.
Defendant 1 sent a false statement to “F” and resident registration number to “G” and sent a false statement to the State driver’s statement report, and stated “F” as the driver’s opinion column of the above report, and then written the “F” in the name column below and signed it.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the State driver’s circumstantial statement report in the name of F, a private document on proof of facts.
3. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as Paragraph 2, issued the said investigation document’s circumstantial statement report to the said E, which was forged as above, as if they were genuine.
4. On September 23, 2016, the Defendant signed a private signature: (a) completed the examination of a suspect who is related to the operation of drinking by a slope I at the fixed-gu police station HH office located in one-lane one hundred and fifty-seven (157 a.m. in the city of Jung-Eup).
