Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On October 2, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment by the Incheon District Court for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act, etc., and completed the execution of the said sentence in the former prison on January 26, 2017.

[2] Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant was not a handler of narcotics, the Defendant sold, administered, and decided to sell, administer, and so on the Metepha, which is a local mental medicine, as follows.

1. On October 2, 2017, at around 08:40, the Defendant purchased approximately 1g of philopon from D from around 17 Dong-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu 17:101 to 2.50,000 won.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place, inserted the spopon volume (one spopon volume) among the spopphones purchased as above into a single popon fraud, and dilution with water and injected them into his arms.

3. On October 31, 2017, at around 09:00, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 5g of philopon from D to KRW 1 million from the front side of the F private letter in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E.

4. On November 7, 2017, at around 02:30, the Defendant: (a) inserted the fluoron volume (one fluoron portion) out of the philophones purchased as above in G Building 303 at Silung-si, Gyeonggi-do into the blus fraud once; and (b) injected them into his arms by dilution them with water.

5. On November 7, 2017, around 12:30 on November 7, 2017, the Defendant filed a lawsuit by putting approximately KRW 2.92g of plasticphones in a vinyl 303 in Gyeonggi-do, G Building, and concealing them in a washing machine.
