A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two months from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant violates the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., but does not include the following Metephaculs (copon; hereinafter “popon”).

I dealt with this issue.

A. On June 30, 2016, around 17:22, the Defendant purchased phiphones by bringing about approximately 1g of philophones stored in C department stores D goods storage box in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, and remitting approximately 1,500,000 won of philophones to the non-account designated by E.

B. On July 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) set up a motor vehicle F below Seoul, around 21:00; (b) inserted the philoopon volume (one-time medication) purchased in the said vehicle into the fraud of melting with water; and (c) administered it in a way of dilution with water.

On September 2016, the Defendant: (a) transferred the price of a philopon to a non-scopon’s account; (b) purchased a philopon in a manner that the above person was placed in a parking lot near Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and brings about approximately eight philopon’s non-scopon’s volume of a philopon (including eight philopon) around October 4, 2016.

On October 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) set up a vehicle in the vicinity of the Incheon in the Blue H; (b) inserted the philopon volume (one-time popon volume) purchased on the said vehicle into a single-time popon fraud; and (c) injected it into his arms by dilutioning it with water.

E. On October 7, 2016, at around 23:56, in return for deposit of KRW 5 million to a person who is not his/her name, the Defendant purchased phiphones in a way that he/she had his/her name in the form of mail No. 101, J-Ba, located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu Seoul, and brings about approximately five phiphones (five phiphones).

F. On October 12, 2016, in return for deposit of KRW 5 million, the Defendant purchased phiphonephones in a manner that, after having L hotel signboards located in Suwon-si K at around KRW 23:00 on October 12, 2016, the Defendant purchased phiphones in a manner that, after having kept the name in secret, the Defendant would bring about the phiphones volume of phiphones (not less than 8 meconiums).
