From Jun. 2013 to Jul. 10, 2013, the first call center and the second call center are operated by the police officer from Jun. 1, 2013 to Jun. 10, 2013; Defendant B managed the above call center under the direction of the above Party A; G was sentenced to eight years of imprisonment for fraud at the Ulsan District Court on Jan. 24, 2014 due to the crime of this case as an accomplice of the ice scaming fraud. G is an unspecified number of people: “I will use the message under the name of NFF, No. 12 million won and 54,300 won in order to obtain loans from many and unspecified people, and will receive loans from or will receive funds from or will receive funds from or will receive funds from or will receive funds from or will receive funds from or will transfer funds to an unspecified number of people under the name of the said Party.”
