Defendant
A is a person who has obtained more than a million cell phone numbers of unspecified victims subject to loan ice singing fraud and sent letters of loan using the cell phone numbers, withdraws the money deposited by the victims in cash in the large passbook and supplies the large passbook and the large phone to be used for committing the crime.
