Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:50 on March 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported to the police officer belonging to the Military Military Police Station B, who called the taxi engineer and the Si expenses at the Gunn Police Station No. 16, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, 324-ro, and called “B” to put tobacco on the floor; (b) to the police officer belonging to the Gunn Police Station B, who was on duty, who called “I Dop, Dop, Dop, Dop, Dop, Dop, Dop,” and called “I am at the Gunn Police Station B office at the Gunn Police Station B office at around 03:25 on the same day; and (c) went home from a police officer who was on duty and was doing so on several occasions, and tried to prepare the c slope, including the upper limit of the walp, and to make the Dop.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning criminal investigation by police officers belonging to the Military Police Station B.

In light of the fact that the defendant committed assault against police officers in the course of performing official duties, the degree of assault by the defendant is deemed to be merely an indirect form of force, and the defendant reflects his/her mistake, etc., the punishment shall be determined like the order, taking into account various sentencing factors.
